Account Verification and Security
When you join eubet, your account begins unverified. We ask for your legal name, date of birth, and identity document number (KTP or passport) to comply with local regulations. This verification step protects both you and us — it prevents account takeover, fraud, and ensures your withdrawals reach the right person.
Verification takes a few minutes. Upload a clear photo of your ID via the app, and we confirm your identity within one business day. Until then, you can explore our sports markets and slots, but withdrawals remain blocked. Once verified, you can withdraw to any of our supported payment methods.
Your password is your first line of defense. We encrypt it one-way — we never see your actual password, only a mathematical fingerprint. When you log in, we check your input against that fingerprint. If you forget your password, we verify your email address and let you reset it immediately. Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second layer: after you enter your password, we send a code to your registered email or phone. You enter that code to complete login. Enabling 2FA is optional but recommended, especially if you're logging in from public WiFi or shared phones.
Log out of sessions you no longer use. Open Settings → Active Sessions to see all phones and browsers currently connected to your account. If you spot an unfamiliar device, sign it out instantly. This prevents unauthorized access even if someone else knows your password.

When you request a withdrawal, we review it for compliance. Most withdrawals clear within 24 hours. Larger amounts or unusual patterns may take 2–3 business days while we confirm they're legitimate and that you've completed all KYC steps. We never hold your money indefinitely — we process every verified withdrawal.

Notifications and Alert Preferences
eubet sends notifications for odds changes on your favourite matches, bet confirmations, withdrawal status, and login alerts. Control these in Settings → Notifications. You can turn off any category individually — say, disable odds alerts but keep withdrawal notifications. All notifications are opt-in; we never send unsolicited messages to promote new games or bonuses.
Login alerts notify you whenever your account is accessed from a new device. If you see a login alert you didn't authorize, change your password immediately and enable two-factor authentication. Withdrawal notifications confirm when we've processed your request and when the money reaches your payment method.
