We collect your name, email, and payment method only to verify your identity, process your deposits through DANA, e-wallet, or your bank account, and settle your withdrawals securely. This page describes what data eubet holds, how we use it, and how we keep it protected.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your information to advertisers, and we do not share your KYC documents with third parties outside our payment processors. Every time you log in on your phone, your session is encrypted. Every deposit confirmation and withdrawal request is logged and reviewed. We operate 24/7, even during Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Imlek, which means your account data is monitored and protected around the clock.

What Data We Collect

When you register on eubet, we collect your email address or phone number, your full legal name, your date of birth, and a photo of your national ID, passport, or driver's licence. We also collect your payment method details—the name of your DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment account, or your e-wallet Virtual Account, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment account number—but we do not store your PIN, full card number, or password.

We collect information about your device: your phone model, operating system version, and browser type. We collect your IP address each time you log in. We collect a list of all your bets, deposits, and withdrawals, including timestamps and amounts. We collect failed login attempts and password reset requests. We do not collect your browsing history outside eubet, your location, or your contacts.

How We Use Your Data

We use your name and date of birth to verify your identity under Indonesian law and to prevent underage accounts and account duplication. We use your ID photo to confirm you are who you say you are; this is called KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. We do not reuse this photo for any other purpose.

We use your payment method to process your deposits and withdrawals. We keep a record of every transaction so we can answer your questions about your account balance, explain delays, and settle disputes. We use your device information to detect and prevent fraud—for instance, if multiple accounts are registered from the same device, we flag it for review. We use your IP address to detect unusual login locations and to require two-factor authentication for security.

KYC verification
We verify your identity once during registration and store your ID photo encrypted. It is never shared with advertisers or external third parties beyond our payment processors.
Transaction logging
Every bet, deposit, and withdrawal is recorded with a timestamp and stored in your account history. You can view this anytime in Account → History.
Fraud detection
We monitor account activity to detect unusual patterns, such as multiple withdrawals from different countries in one day, and may place a hold pending review.

Third-Party Processors and Data Sharing

We share your payment method details with e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and your bank (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet) to confirm your deposit and process your withdrawal. These companies are data processors under our privacy agreement; they do not use your information for their own marketing.

We use a third-party analytics company to understand how users navigate the eubet app and website. This company does not see your payment details or KYC documents—only anonymised data like session duration and tap patterns. We may share aggregate data with regulators in supported jurisdictions to demonstrate compliance. We do not sell your email address or phone number to any third party.

Cookies and Device Tracking

When you access eubet through a web browser, we set a session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie expires after subject to verification of inactivity. We do not use tracking cookies to follow you across other websites. On the mobile app, we do not use cookies at all; instead, we use a secure token that expires after subject to verification.

We collect push notification preferences—whether you have opted in or out of match alerts or withdrawal notifications. We respect your choices and do not send notifications after you disable them.

Note: eubet does not use your data to send you marketing emails or SMS messages without your consent. If you receive unsolicited emails claiming to be from eubet, report them to our support team.

Data Security and Encryption

All communication between your phone and eubet servers uses HTTPS encryption—your data is scrambled in transit and unreadable to anyone who intercepts it. Your password is hashed one-way; we cannot see it in plain text and cannot reset it for you—only you can reset it via email. Your payment method details are encrypted and stored separately from your account profile. Your ID photo is encrypted with a key that only we hold.

Our servers may be located outside Indonesia, but all data is encrypted regardless of location. We do not retain backups of your data for longer than 12 months unless required by law. If you close your account, we archive your data for regulatory compliance but do not use it for any other purpose.

Your Rights and Account Control

You have the right to request a copy of all data we hold about you. Go to Account → Privacy and select Export Data; we send you a file within five business days. You have the right to correct inaccurate information—if your name is misspelled, contact support to update it. You have the right to delete your account and request that we erase your data after the required retention period.

You have the right to opt out of analytics and push notifications. You have the right to disable two-factor authentication if you choose, though we recommend keeping it enabled. You have the right to contact us if you believe your data has been misused. eubet takes all privacy complaints seriously and investigates within 10 business days.

Our privacy policy is subject to change if required by law or to improve data protection. We notify users of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance. If you disagree with our updated policy, you may close your account and request data deletion before the change takes effect.
