Account and registration

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a utility bill or bank statement from the past three months. Your ID must match the name and date of birth you provided during registration. Your utility bill confirms your residential address. We accept Indonesian national ID cards (KTP), passports, and driver's licenses. Photos taken on your phone with a smartphone camera are fine; make sure the document is fully visible, not blurred, and clearly readable. Upload both documents through the account verification page; we review and approve within 24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekends. Once approved, all eubet features—deposit, withdrawal, and live-dealer tables—unlock immediately.

On the login page, click the Forgot your password link. Enter your registered email address and click Send Reset Link. We send a secure password-reset link to your inbox within two minutes. The link remains valid for 24 hours. Open the link on the same device you use to access eubet (your phone or computer), enter a new password (minimum 8 characters: uppercase, lowercase, numbers, symbol), confirm it, and click Update Password. You are logged out automatically. Sign back in with your username or email and the new password on the Member login page. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder or contact our support team through the in-app Help menu.

Payments and transactions

eubet does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Your payment provider (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment) may charge their own transaction fees according to their terms; eubet has no control over these and does not add charges on top. When you deposit via e-wallet or mobile banking, the amount shown on your eubet account matches the amount you send. When you withdraw, we process the full amount you request; your bank may deduct a transfer fee depending on your bank's policy. Check your payment provider's fee schedule for transfers above certain thresholds. Our support team can advise on typical fees for specific payment methods if you contact us before making a transaction.

If a deposit does not complete, your payment provider has likely rejected it due to insufficient balance, network error, or account restriction. Your money remains in your payment account (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or your bank); it does not reach eubet, and you are not charged. Try again with a stable internet connection and verify your payment account has sufficient balance. If a withdrawal does not complete, check that your registered bank account number matches your bank's records exactly. Our system reviews all withdrawals within 24 hours; if we find an issue (mismatched account name, inactive account, or blocked recipient), we notify you via email and reverse the transaction. The funds return to your eubet balance within 48 hours. Contact our support team immediately if a transaction fails multiple times.

Games and offers

eubet offers four main game categories: Football and tournaments (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League, MotoGP, badminton markets); Live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and multi-camera live studios from professional dealers); Slots (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways, and other mechanics); Esports markets (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile competitive tournaments). All games are accessible from your phone via the Android app or iOS browser, and from your computer via the web browser. Each game category has its own section in the main navigation. Weekly cashback is a refund on net losses during Monday through Sunday. Your net loss is calculated as: total bets minus total winnings. For example, if you bet our welcome offer and win our welcome offer, your net loss is our welcome offer. Cashback is paid as a percentage of that loss (typically 5–non-specific info, depending on the week's promotion). Cashback is credited to your account as eubet balance on Monday morning and can be used for new bets immediately. Cashback is not paid on parlays, live-dealer games, or slots unless specifically stated in that week's promotion. Check the Promotions page in the main menu to see the current cashback rate and terms. Cashback is processed automatically; you do not need to claim it.

Security and support

Your account data—name, email, phone, ID number, and transaction history—is stored on encrypted servers. eubet does not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law. Your password is hashed using one-way encryption; no employee can view or reset it without your permission. All login sessions use HTTPS encryption; third parties cannot intercept your session. Your KYC documents (ID and utility bill photos) are held separately from your account credentials and deleted after verification is approved, unless we are required by law to retain them. Two-factor authentication is available to add an extra security layer: enable it in account settings to require a code from your phone whenever you log in from a new device.
